Job purpose:
Your main mission is to keep your designated area including the equipment, tools, utilities and furniture clean and well maintained at all times following our hygiene, safety and quality standards and standing as a role model for the Club values among which ensures satisfying the expectations and needs of our members.
What do we expect from you:
- Good knowledge of the club facilities and operating hours.
- Commit to the set work schedule, punctuality and grooming standards
- Execute all the cleaning tasks assigned to him according to the set plans/special assignments
- Follow the instructions and guidance of the Supervisor in dealing with the cleaning tools, equipment and chemicals in a safely manner
- Receive end store the tools, chemicals and equipment in the assigned place and be careful not to waste these material while not affecting the cleaning and hygiene standards
- Notify the Supervisor in case of any shortage
- Inform the Supervisor of any maintenance malfunctions in the assigned workplace
- Raising any complaints received from the customers to the Supervisor to proceed with the needed action
- Strictly adhere to the Health, Safety and Environment instructions at all times noting that any violation will lead to disciplinary action
- Collaborate with his/her colleagues aiming at reaching the highest standards of customer satisfaction
- Inform the Supervisor in case of noticing any unusual behavior from the members in his/her area
- Assist with special events
- Adhere to the policy and procedures for dealing with lost and found items
- Immediately report any unsafe conditions or dangerous behaviors as well as any accidents or injuries that might take place in his/her area during work
- Come with initiatives and share ideas that might improve the level of service
- Demonstrate KODE Values and behaviors with colleagues, internal and external customers
- Be keen on his/her general appearance and personal hygiene and commit to wear the designated uniform and PPE at all times
- Report any maintenance order to the immediate supervisor or HK coordinator .
What do you need to perform your role:
To perform your job successfully, you need to have the following minimum requirements:
- Education and experience:
- High school diploma
- 2- 3 year experience. Experience in hospitality is a plus
- Skills and knowledge:
- Basic knowledge of cleanliness and sanitary standards
- Strong customer service, organizational and multitasking abilities
- Very good communication and collaboration skills
- Speedy learner
- Physically fit to the job

استلام وتخزين الأدوات والمواد الكيميائية والمعدات في المكان المحدد وتوخي الحذر في عدم إهدار هذه المواد دون التأثير على معايير النظافة والنظافة.
إبلاغ المشرف في حالة وجود أي نقص.
إبلاغ المشرف عن أي عطل في الصيانة في مكان العمل المحدد.
تقديم أي شكاوى تلقاها من العملاء إلى المشرف لاتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة.
الالتزام الصارم بتعليمات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة في جميع الأوقات، مع العلم أن أي انتهاك سيؤدي إلى اتخاذ إجراء تأديبي.
التعاون مع زملائه بهدف تحقيق أعلى معايير رضا العملاء.
إبلاغ المشرف في حالة ملاحظة أي سلوك غير عادي من الأعضاء في منطقته/منطقتها.
المساعدة في الفعاليات الخاصة.
الالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات التعامل مع الأشياء المفقودة والموجودة.
الإبلاغ الفوري عن أي ظروف غير آمنة أو سلوك خطر، بالإضافة إلى أي حوادث أو إصابات قد تحدث في منطقته/منطقتها أثناء العمل.
تقديم مبادرات ومشاركة الأفكار التي قد تحسن مستوى الخدمة.
تجسيد قيم وسلوكيات KODE مع الزملاء والعملاء الداخليين والخارجيين.
الاهتمام بالمظهر العام والنظافة الشخصية والالتزام بارتداء الزي المحدد والمعدات الواقية في جميع الأوقات.
الإبلاغ عن أي طلب صيانة للمشرف الفوري أو منسق المنزل.
الصحة والسلامة:
يتمتع بمعرفة بسياسات وإجراءات الصحة والسلامة وسياسات الحماية من الحرائق ويلتزم بها.
يولي اهتمامًا للأمان فيما يتعلق بالموظفين والأعضاء والممتلكات، ويبلغ عن أي ظروف مشبوهة إلى المدير.
ما الذي تحتاجه لأداء دورك؟
لأداء عملك بنجاح، تحتاج إلى الحد الأدنى من المتطلبات التالية:
التعليم والخبرة:
شهادة الثانوية العامة أو الدبلومات
خبرة لمدة 1-3 سنوات. يعتبر الخبرة في مجال الضيافة ميزة إضافية أو فنادق 4 & 5 نجوم
المهارات والمعرفة:
معرفة أساسية بمعايير النظافة والصحة العامة.
مهارات قوية في خدمة العملاء والتنظيم والقدرة على متعدد المهام.
المعرفة ا بجميع مستلزمات التنظيف والمواد الكيميائية الموصى بها والألات المستخدمة في التنظيف
مهارات تواصل وتعاون جيدة جدًا.
القدرة على التعلم السريع.
لياقة جسدية مناسبة للوظيفة.
