Club Rules & Regulations

01. GENERAL RULES

- Children under 12 are not allowed to leave club gates without their parents or Guardians. 

All members and guests should adhere to the club's policies, rules, and staff instructions as stated in the club’s published operating regulations. 

- The club reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate membership for violations of club rules or inappropriate behaviors as stated in the club’s regulations regarding investigations of violations and the termination of membership. 

- Membership cards should be presented upon entry and when using club facilities. 

All types of Smoking are not allowed in enclosed areas, as well as in the children's playground area, sports areas, and swimming pools. 

- All types of smoking are not allowed under the age of 21. 

- Nannies should stay only within the playground area, and they should always keep their membership identification card visible. 

- Outside food and beverages are not allowed. 

- Pets are not allowed inside the club premises. 

- Any damages to club property caused by a member or guest should be reported immediately and may be subject to compensation. 

- The club is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Members are encouraged to use lockers for their belongings.

- Photography and video recording are not allowed without prior approval from management.

- Wearing inappropriate (not suitable) common outfit is not permitted in the club unless it is part of an official uniform.

- Entering the club with alcoholic drinks, laser pointer, fireworks, weapons, electric scooter, loudspeakers or any items that could harm members are strictly prohibited.

02. MEMBERSHIP & GUEST POLICY  

- Memberships are non-transferable, non-saleable, and non-cancellable. They should be renewed annually by the specified deadlines or as outlined in the membership plan.

- Members are also required to adhere to the late payment penalty policy.

- Guests should be accompanied by an active member and should be registered at the reception desk before using any of the facilities. the invitation tickets can only be issued by members above 18 years and visitors below 4 years do not require a ticket.

- Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests and should ensure that they comply with all club rules.

- In case of any violation of the club’s policies and regulations by a guest, the member will be held accountable, and the guest will be banned from entering the club again. 

- Any fraudulent use of your membership identification (such as sharing it with non-members) may result in suspension or cancellation of the membership.

04. FACILITY USAGE

4 .1. GYM & FITNESS AREA

- Members under 16 years are not allowed to use the gym.

- Proper sportswear and closed-toe athletic shoes should be worn. 

- Keep all Equipment clean after usage, and weights should be returned to their designated places. 

- Unauthorized personal trainers not certified by RYZE are not allowed to conduct training sessions in the gym. • - Use of equipment is at your own risk. RYZE is not liable for injuries resulting from misuse. 

- Time limits for equipment use during peak hours should be respected to ensure fairness for all members.  

4.2. SWIMMING POOL

- For safety, use of the pool is permitted only under lifeguard supervision.

- Appropriate swimwear should be worn; cotton clothing is not allowed in the pool. 

- Showering before entering the pool is mandatory. For hygiene and water quality, Members are also required to shower all sun protection products before entering the pool.

- Running, diving, or rough play around the pool area is strictly prohibited.

- Utensils and glass bottles are not allowed in the pool area. Eating or drinking is probated inside the pool.

- Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult.

- For hygiene and safety, members are required to tie their hair when using the pool.

- Chaise longue reservation is not allowed in case members are not within the pool premises.

4.3. SPORTS COURTS & ACADEMIES  

- Courts should be reserved in advance via the RYZE app or at the reception desk.

- Proper sportswear and footwear suitable for the court surface should be worn.

- Exceeding the allowed booking duration is not permitted.

- Scheduled training sessions and academy programs should be respected.

- Any disputes regarding court reservations should be referred to club management.

- Late arrivals will not result in extended booking time; all rules should be followed.

- Do not bring skateboards, scooters, bicycles, or non-sport items onto courts, pitches or indoor areas.

- Parents must remain in designated spectator zones during academy hours on or near the pitches, and in these areas only water and energy drinks permitted.

4.4. PRIVATE TRAINING & CLASSES

- Only certified RYZE trainers are permitted to conduct personal training sessions.

- Class schedules are subject to change based on availability, demand, and club management decisions

Members should arrive on time for scheduled classes; late arrivals may not be allowed to join.

Private training sessions should be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance

5. HEALTH & SAFETY 

- Members are advised not to use the facilities if they are suffering from a contagious illness.

- First aid is available, and staff should be notified immediately in case of any emergency.

- All accidents or injuries should be reported to club management immediately.

- The use or possession of prohibited substances is strictly forbidden.

- RYZE reserves the right to conduct security checks and inspections at the gates or inside the club when necessary.

- No hanging, climbing, or sitting on goals, nets, padding or any sports structures.

6. CLUB ETIQUETTE

- Members and guests should treat staff and fellow members with respect. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or aggressive behavior is strictly prohibited and could result in taking a legal action.

- The use of offensive language or disruptive behavior is not allowed.

- Proper dress code and personal hygiene should be always maintained.

- Club rules apply equally to all members. Any violations may result in disciplinary actions, including suspension or cancellation of membership.

- To maintain a respectful environment, members are kindly asked not to address staff concerns directly. If you have any feedback or complaints, submit them through the available complaint channels.

- The use of loudspeakers or amplified sound devices is not allowed at the club premises.

- To Protect our plants please use the designated sidewalks and avoid stepping on or damaging the vegetation.

7. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY 

-Memberships cannot be cancelled, transferred, or sold under any condition

8. AMENDMENTS & COMPLIANCE

- RYZE reserves the right to amend these rules and regulations at any time, at the authority of club management and in the best interest of the club and its members. Notifications will be made through available communication channels.

- Continued use of the club’s facilities means the acceptance of the updated rules and regulations.

9. ANNUAL RENEWAL & FAMILY MEMBERSHIP ADJUSTMENTS

- Membership renewal begins on January 1st of each year and ends on March 31st. A progressive late fee will be applied after this period through the end of the year, in accordance with the club’s official regulations.

- In cases of non-renewal over multiple years, all outstanding dues should be fully settled before resuming access to the club.

- Only members who have fulfilled their financial obligations are permitted to enter the club, use its facilities, or participate in sports activities.

- The separation or addition of children to a membership should follow club regulations and requires full payment of any applicable fees.
